Ingredients
- 1 oz London Dry
- 2 oz Lychee Purée
- ¼ oz Rich Simple Syrup
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- Soda Water
Preparation
Lychee Purée
Add one can of lychees into a blender.
Blend for one minute.
Strain through a coffee filter or cheesecloth.
Refrigerate.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add MXXN London Dry, lychee purée, simple syrup and lime juice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lychee.
