Ingredients
- ¾ oz Jalisco Agave
- ½ oz Passion Fruit Purée
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Coconut Water
- Lime Wheel
- Shaved Ginger (optional)
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add MXXN Jalisco Agave, passion fruit purée and lime juice.
Shake well & strain into a Collins glass or cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with equal parts Ginger beer and coconut water.
Garnish with shaved ginger and lime wheel.
