- 1.5 oz Kentucky Oak
- 1.5 oz Maple Syrup
- ½ oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Earl Grey Tea Brewed in Coconut Water (or 2 oz Coconut Water and 3 oz Chilled Earl Grey Tea)
- 2 sprigs mint
Earl Grey Coconut Water
Bring 2 cups coconut water to a simmer on low. Turn off heat.
Add 1 Earl Grey tea bag and cover for four minutes.
Add bruised mint sprigs to the bottom of a pint glass. Fill with ice.
Add MXXN Kentucky Oak, maple syrup, simple syrup, lemon juice and earl grey tea & coconut water. Lightly stir.
Garnish with Lemon wheel & mint.
