- 1.5 oz Jalisco Agave
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 2–4 thin slices of Serrano Chili
- 5 Cilantro Leaves
- Soda Water
- Coconut Water
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add MXXN Jalisco Agave, coconut water, lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, Serrano chili and cilantro. Shake well.
Wet the rim of a chilled rocks glass or cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip into a tray of coarse salt.
Strain into the rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with equal parts soda water and coconut water.
Garnish with thinly sliced chili.
